I continue to learn the importance of resiliency while always returning to my true essence. I am here to share my story, while being a midwife to guide, empower and nourish you to do the same.  

I am a proud mother, an entrepreneur, a plant based alchemist/chef, student of the master plants, surfer, dancer and dedicated yogi.

Movement and food have always been my most potent medicines for physical and emotional fortification. The art of creating beautiful and highly nutritious food is one of my greatest passions. Through dance, yoga, surfing and other modalities, I access my inner wholeness, power, and creative expression.

Living and running a business in Costa Rica for over 12 years fortified my soul with an embodied essence that is infused into my work and motherhood.

I am currently working as an Intuitive Guide and Coach to clients all over the world. I have been hosting transformational retreats and integration containers for all that seek here in Jacksonville, FL. Jungle Soul Mama Productions is coming to life here in Florida birthing conscious community events.
