The Wild Beautiful Journey

My path has been woven through storytelling, nourishment, and embodied movement. Along the way, I’ve stepped into many layers of leadership across diverse landscapes and cultures — from studying journalism and culinary arts to building and operating businesses both locally and around the world.

My desire to lead with devotion echoed within me and was a call I could not ignore.

My calling continued to Costa Rica, where I became a yoga teacher, hosting meals and gatherings as a retreat chef and holistic guide, tender of the lands and a Mother. Each role refined my understanding of resilience, creativity, and how to best be of service.

Birthing and raising my children through the sacred portals of home births and a decade of business ownership abroad, anchored me into an embodied ecosystem. One that deeply enlivens my ability to serve and the lives I get to touch along the way. These experiences were a medicinal salve to my heart, they were the deep, soul anchoring initiations that brought me to the rich earth of my becoming.

Today, I walk as a Mother, an intuitive farm to table chef, a heart-led guide and community weaver for families and women.

Through Jungle Soul Mama, I hold sacred space through 1:1 mentorship, nourishment-centered offerings, retreats, and conscious gatherings. This is a path that asks us to return our hands to the soil, to reclaim our inner wisdom and remember what it feels like to be held within the village.

A sanctuary for integrative healing and soulful transformation, woven with ceremony, infused with intention, and rooted in earth-honoring practices
