FORTIFY: Foundational Practices for Longevity

Dive into the heart of nourishment with Jungle Soul Kitchen: a 4-month transformative journey in the kitchen focused on the “FORTIFY’ principles of well-being into your life.

Each month, we will demystify wellness concepts such as sleep hygiene, self care rituals, eating as a spiritual practice and claiming our soulful movement practice through innovative, nutritional recipes and devoted practices.

In this program you will receive a comprehensive toolkit including shopping lists, recipes, and blueprints to integrate these life-enhancing pillars into your daily routine. We will meet in the kitchen each month to explore together how we can nourish ourselves with delicious, beautiful meals, learning 3 new recipes each session. Join me in turning the kitchen into a sanctuary of growth and wellness, where every ingredient is curated to elevate and enhance our lives.

Week 1: SLEEP - Dial in your sleep routine with supportive hygiene rituals to establish a renewed mental and physical energy.

Week 2: MORNING PRACTICE - Reawaken and establish an approachable and an intentional morning practice to center your body and mind each day. Learn new self-care rituals for your tool box to integrate into your life.

Week 3: VIBRANT FOOD - Nourish your body as a spiritual practice with whole food recipes for daily vitality to establish immunity and balanced energy levels. Guidance to cleanse your kitchen for optimal use and inspiration.

Week 4: DAILY MOVEMENT - Discover and claim your soulful movement practice. Stay accountable by creating consistency and accountability to physical strength and mental clarity. 

These 4 pillars truly nourish the mind, body and spirit. FORTIFY enhances my capacity to show up authentically in my work, family, and community. May these keys support your journey of wellness to live life to the fullest.
